Costs vary. Individual Counselling starts at £55 per hour, Psychotherapy starts at £85, Couples Counselling start at £100. Individual Coaching starts at £150 per hour. All other services are by application.

Yes, we offer discounted rates for key workers, retirees and those on benefits.

We do, we feature our key practice members but we use Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Doctors and other professionals when needed.

Well we are a little bit different from other practices, not only are we a very experienced practice we have also all worked and trained together. The practitioners you see on our website are all working together to get the best outcome for you and as such we can consult with each other, within the constraints of confidentiality to provide the best services for you. We also believe that forward momentum is needed in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Coaching and our goal is to provide a resource that means you can evolve and grow with the right support. All our Practitioners are trained by recognised institutes to at least Degree level and most have Post Graduate qualifications.

We work with lots of different clients. Individual Counselling, Psychotherapy and Coaching clients who see one of our practitioners one a week, bi-weekly or monthly and some really large local and international companies who we work with as Coaches but who we also run workshops and retreats with.

We are a new and original practice believing in the concept of Positive Psychology and we can support all your mental health and developmental needs on an individual and corporate level.
