In addition to offering corporate services designed to enhance leadership skills, strengthen team dynamics, and improve workplace performance, I also provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples through my private practice, Counselling Gloucestershire.

Counselling Gloucestershire is a collaboration between myself, Laura Colquhoun, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist, and Dr Graham Sanderson, an experienced psychiatrist and NHS GP. Together, we offer a unique and integrated approach that combines therapeutic and medical-psychological expertise.

Based in Gloucestershire (Cirencester) and London (Harley Street), we support adults, couples, families, and organisations through a range of tailored services:

  • Individual & Couples Therapy: Using an integrative approach drawing from psychodynamic and person-centred models, we tailor sessions to each client. Creative tools such as drawing, journaling, mindfulness, and guided meditation can also be included, depending on your needs and preferences.

  • Clinical Assessment & Psychiatric Evaluation: For more complex or high-risk presentations, Dr Sanderson offers in-depth psychiatric assessments to complement the therapeutic process and ensure holistic care.

  • Corporate Services: We support organisations through executive coaching, team coaching, and workplace wellbeing interventions, with a focus on sustainable performance and emotionally intelligent leadership.

  • Teen & Family Counselling: We offer age-appropriate support for young people navigating anxiety, change, or emotional distress, helping families feel more connected and resilient.

Whether you're seeking personal therapy, clinical insight, or a more psychologically aware workplace culture, we aim to create a supportive, confidential environment where lasting change is possible.
